    Thanks :-) :blush: It ended up being 31:09. Looking at the other stats made me feel better - 3rd in my age group, 22nd female out of 131 and 48th overall out of 181. Sore legs today, the hills got me.

    Brrr....came back to work with one of our building heaters down after being closed for over a week. Temp in building 52 and temp out was 28. So I walked and jogged to keep warm.
    Jan. 4: 9.65 miles of walking and jogging

    Been gone, went over to Bend Oregon to visit with my son (non hospital) and play in the snow! I did however take my turbo trainer and bike. So I got some kind of miles during my trip. My son said, 'Oh mom that looks so easy', be careful what you wish for. We put his road bike on the trainer and he about croaked after 28 mins. I told him I do more than an hour at home. The high altitude made it harder for me (as usual every time I go visit) but I did better than him, and he is 34 and I am not. LOL.

    01/02 - 07.0 miles cycling trainer
    01/03 - 07.0 miles cycling trainer
    01/03 - 02.0 miles walking
    01/04 - 03.0 miles walking

    Walked by myself this morning in the sprinkles! Then got on the recumbent for 45 mins then worked out to a kettlebell DVD then did another challenge. It's been a good day.

    We'll get Bean tomorrow and I go back to 1st grade to help out, so I might not get all this accomplished. I'll give it my best.
