    I'm in! I'm on day #12...a little late to join, I just found this group. CW was 137 on Tuesday and goal is 133 by the end of January. Ultimate goal high 120's. I'm 41 and always stayed around 126-128 until my 4th pregnancy which resulted in a hysterectomy...I feel like I could eat an apple a day and still gain!

    Me too. Just read a good article that mentionned the "dieting" and "cheat day" mentality breeds fear of food type thinking that actually results in more temporary life changes. Considering this a lifelong habit has helped me stick with it!

    Ultimate Goal weight: 125
    Current weight: 163
    January Goal: 155 as that was my pre holiday weight.

    Hi - i'm jumping in a little late but would love to join. I've gotten away from mfp for a while but this group can help me feel committed again. would love to lose 10-15 lbs. ultimately but 6 lbs. by jan.1 would be a great start :)

    I'm in! I'd lost 5 lbs before Christmas and kind of backslid a little bit over the last week (womp womp)- but I really want to get closer to my goal weight and be healthier. Really want some friends and people to help me stay motivated!

    Height: 5'8"
    SW: 156 (12/2)
    CW: 153 (1/5...I was at 149 before Christmas but had a slide)
    GW: 145 by January 31 (140 overall)

    Check in day for me, no good news :( I'm usually not a bread eater but I got a little too happy about sour bread during the last week...which requires a decent amount of "I can't believe it's not butter on top"...so not like me. I feel bloated. No gain, no loss. Increasing my water intake and will keep running the same 2 miles a day.

    I got my starting weights mixed up as I'm not familiar using pounds, only stone! But my revised weights are above. My Weigh in day is today and have lost 1 lb!
