    Hello potential twins! Here are my stats-

    Age 51 (but feel about 25-30)
    5'7"
    Heaviest: 156
    Now: 152
    Goal: 135-137. We'll see when I'm closer!
    Live in: NYC, Capital of the world!

    I love being active- working out, biking, hiking, running (when not too injured) yoga etc. Love muscles too!
    I'm super motivated to become super strong again and loose some fat! ; )

    I'm just getting back into the fitness world and mfp.Recently joined a new gym and plan on working with a trainer my biggest issue though seems to be my diet

    Weights:
    Start - 235 lbs
    Current - 126 lbs + like 5 lbs from Christmas which I'm assuming is mostly water and glycogen.
    Goal - Maintain w/ recomp, maybe drop or gain a bit more but at this point I'm not fussed. Not so much about the number anymore but the measurements. Waist is 28 in, I want 26 in.

    You are a bit like me Drey but younger. I am 54 with 2 grown men, 5 ft 4ins, started at 78 kgs, now 60 kgs and trying to maintain. My waist is 27 inches. I hate exercise but yesterday I bought one of those pull down bars for my abs which I found great one time previously.

    I'm 42 years old and would love to drop a pound a week. I jog 5 times a week and lift weights twice a week. I'm eating around 1650 calories.

    I think we are close?

    The last time I had my body fat percentage taken I was at 23% (quite a while ago) and I'm really working on getting that down. I really hope to get everything done BEFORE I leave for bootcamp!
    I lose weight very very slowly unfortunately, so I can use all of the help and support I can get!

    I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) seven days a week, along with other things.

    I've re-gained some pounds this fall/winter and looking forward to feeling healthier again! I'm going to try to stick to 1200 calories plus any earned from exercise. Activities include walking, running, and Bikram yoga. Support welcomed :)

    Done a batch of half marathons, one full marathon last year. One Tough Mudder and signed up for another. Hate running in the cold so I will be getting back on the treadmill soon.

    Hello again. I am 51 years old and currently weigh 140 pounds. I am 5'-5-1/2" tall. My ultimate goal would be 130#. Who recognizes me as a 'twin'? I live in San Diego. My 'twin' could be older or younger-doesn't matter to me.
    heaviest I've been close to 160# and also down to 115# in high school (anorexic)
    I'm not completely unhappy with my current weight, but I think I can be healthier.

    Current - 130? (I don't have a scale!)
    Goal - 115

    Last time using MFP I went from 140 to 105 in 6 months - without exercise. I felt a bit weak at that weight (in addition to all my clothes being loose) and I think 115 is where my body is most comfortable/easiest to maintain. I have a vacation in Feb that I want to get in shape for, but I'm bad at keeping motivated :/
