    1/2 to 1/4- 18.54 miles walking/biking
    Total to date - 24.54 of 155 miles
    I'm going to try to @clepant's idea and save $1 a mile, not sure I'll be able to keep it up but last year I moved a little over 2400 miles- that would have been a great payday :)

    1 mile walk around the halls of hell that is my job. I had to wait until two of the residents stopped doing their laps because one of them was annoying my soul the minute I clocked in.

    1.5 this morning. I actually ran the 1, first since my podiatrist-ordered 8 weeks off. My appointment with him is tomorrow so I figured I'd test it out. Still hurts, but not nearly as much. We'll see what he says tomorrow.

    I feel for you there. That sledding is not kind to those of us with well used bodies. :smile: Hope you're feeling better now.

    Walked early w/DH and Bean then got on the recumbent for an episode of Castle. Went to 1st grade then shopped and made soup for the week's lunch.

    @anaconda469: Sometimes it feel good to do better than someone who is younger. Glad you got a nice visit in with your son.

    @Go Janet- race week....I am cheering for you girl!

    Well it was 9 today and so I worked out inside. They finally fixed our boiler and we went from starting temp of 52 to a balmy 61 inside today. I ran my kids like crazy today to get them warmed up cause the gym was so cold.

    LOL! I am feeling better but I just can't seem to get rid of the junk in my chest & sinus crud. I know it is gross & I also am thinking of an antibiotic but I HATE what they do to my tummy!
    Just keep moving my friend, we'll get there!!

    Hurt locker day today. It sucks to ride after a travel day. At least I now have my laptop setup up, can have music or videos or movies or eventually Zwift. Really helps the time fly.

    All mileage totals from December were refreshed and should be current and correct now. (Translation: When I first copied the December sheet into January, it took whatever your December Total Mileage was and put it in January Old Mileage....then if you reported more December miles after that date, they weren't included in your new January Old Miles or Total miles....until now. All is well now. :smiley: )

    I have also updated the Goal Streak column.

    I need to get more consistent here. Hubby has a major cold and I am doing everything I know to try to avoid being the next victim. I am hoping this headache is not the first symptom. :(

    I have been able to get a little time out walking. Added 6.25 miles in the last 3 days for a January total of 8.5 miles.

    (I think I did the math right there, it's hard to be sure with this headache :( )
