Adding 3 miles for 9 out of 100. I think I might be able to tack on some more this evening. It's pretty slow at the clinic.

Walked 3.25 miles yesterday. It would have been more but I decided I wanted to walk outside yesterday. Not much snow but the sidewalks were quite exciting with a thin covering of ice. I did stay on my feet somehow, but I'm sure it was entertaining to watch me slip and slide around the block.
'January total 28 miles. still flirting with green, I hope to get there for good in the next couple of days.
Stay warm dry and safe everyone!

after working the weekend and an afternoon work meeting yesterday, I finally got back outside. 4.3 mile walk. Windy and cold, but felt good, since I have a cold and have been laying around all morning. I did manage to hop on the scale and find myself in "normal" territory by half a pound. In my cold med induced haze, it took a few seconds for that to dawn on me. Of course, it was voided a few mins later when I had breakfast.

Thanks Dave I'm happy with it, it's 0.2 lbs from my initial goal weight, but I changed it last year to another 12 lbs so I'll have lost 50% of me and it gives me a buffer so I don't keep hopping back and forth into the overweight category. It kind of seemed anti-climatic at the time. I blame the Robitussin0
