i quitted smoking 3 years ago and i work on movie sets there is always food etc so i took 35 lbs
i lost 15 so far 23 to go to gain my normal weight back

I'm vegan but i eat too many calories becayse i live a sedentary lifestyle basically.. i over eat on soy products like veggie pattys or falafels.. SOY products basically and chips. Nutrition Goals: I've been sticking to 1,200 calories a day, but adding more if i'm exercising a lot. I'm not cutting out the things I crave, but I don't want to eat late night snacks anymore.

Activity: StrongLifts since April. I run regularly with a few races in between (mostly half marathons or 10 milers). I bike to and from work about 6 miles. My problem is that I'm a foodie and need to get this under control because all the exercise in the world will not make me lose weight.
we seem somewhat similar! (see my post above) I feel you on the foodie thing...I'm the same. I can't cut out the foods I love so I try to amp up my workouts!

I find that weight and height aren't enough for someone to be a twin. You need similar weight, height, body fat percentage, and weight distribution. Two people could be the same weight, height, and even body fat percentage and still look very different. Weight distribution signals similar genetics because where people put on weight is determined by our genetic makeup.0
