Yay! Check in day and I finally dropped! I can start to see the changes (day #22 for me) around my hips and legs Last week's weigh was a bummer as I stayed at the same number, but today was 1.5 lbs lower (137.5 vs 136). My Jan goal of 133 will take some hard work! Good luck ladies!0

My goal set the beginning of January was to go from 155 to 145. Halfway through, I'm not quite halfway there (151). I guess 10lb in a month was pretty ambitious, but I'm still trying. Goal is 135 by end of May. I'm 53, but that's not really an excuse, right?!
