So I've been getting cramp more than usual since back on lc. How do you combat this if you suffer in a safe way?

up your sodium if you haven't already .....salt your food .....drink bullion....drink pickle juice etc. etc.0

Ditto. If it is for muscle cramps, 3000-5000mg of sodium per day, and supplemented magnesium and potassium may help.0

Is it muscle cramps? I found magnesium to take care of that, it even stopped my shoulder and upper back pain I used to get consistently after to much exercise or over use0

calf muscle mainly in the night. i'll get some magnesium an up the salt intake and see how i go. thanks0

Be sure to get magnesium citrate or any that end in ate (malate, glycinate, etc) they are the most absorbable0
