Hello all - Just started 21 day challenge by streaming. I don't worry about the food or calorie planning I have lost 65 lbs before to regain 45 then was down to 140 and here I am again struggling. I eat great - I am a vegan so a lot of time and nutrition planning goes into my diet but I LOVE chips and wine and they make me pack on the pounds every time... Here I go again!!0

Hello, I am starting the 21 day fix on the 25th. Could definitely use some help!! Has anyone found that the calorie target is extremely high?0

I am one day away from finishing round one and down 22.2 pounds. I can see myself doing this until I hit my goal! Only 72 pounds to go. I hope I see good results in round 2 also. I am going to keep going. Just need more meal ideas.0

Aren't you the MARCUSJOHN who lies about how tall he is on a model profile at being 6 foot 2? From your gay ads you have all over the web trying to sell a 25 year olds photo when your 31 shows your shorter than 5 foot 10. Anyone reading this guys messages take note he's simply a skeleton in wishful mans clothing..... he sells his soul for a chicken sandwich. This blogger actually got a job recently working with poor children that suffer abuse on a sexual level, they have no clue that this guy taking them on wilderness tours for days at a time sells sex for money, his own photos are all over them.
