Ugh, thought I'd check in, but my fiance broke his scale and then put mine in a sealed box for when we move house in 3 months. I have NO idea what I currently weigh rofl. I've been such a good girl though...0

Weigh in day for me, down 1 lbs since last week This is 4 lbs in 4 weeks since I restarted! My January goal is still 2 lbs away which might/might not happen...I will keep running and logging and making good choices when eating. Good luck everyone!0

Although this looks good, I was on a good roll for the first couple of weeks, and was actually hoping I'd hit 142 by the end of the month. I have had a really bad couple of weeks now, and have only dropped 1lb... Still doing everything right, so I am really hoping this is a temporary plateau, and the scale will get unstuck soon!
Good news is that every day my body fat % has been going down.
