Although this looks good, I was on a good roll for the first couple of weeks, and was actually hoping I'd hit 142 by the end of the month. I have had a really bad couple of weeks now, and have only dropped 1lb... Still doing everything right, so I am really hoping this is a temporary plateau, and the scale will get unstuck soon!
Good news is that every day my body fat % has been going down.
