I've re-gained some pounds this fall/winter and looking forward to feeling healthier again! I'm going to try to stick to 1200 calories plus any earned from exercise. Activities include walking, running, and Bikram yoga. Support welcomed

Last time using MFP I went from 140 to 105 in 6 months - without exercise. I felt a bit weak at that weight (in addition to all my clothes being loose) and I think 115 is where my body is most comfortable/easiest to maintain. I have a vacation in Feb that I want to get in shape for, but I'm bad at keeping motivated0 -

I lost most of my weight at age 23 smashing p90x and a low carb diet. Needless to say the very low carbs weren't sustainable. I'm trying to eat balanced now and have had success with MFP a couple of years ago going from 148 to 129 lbs.
Sticking to 1200 daily calories since Jan 1, and eating back approx 1/3 to 1/2 of calories I earn back from exercise. Burning around 500-600 calories with exercise daily.
Live in Melbourne. On a PESCATARIAN diet (including eggs and dairy) and exercise with HOT yoga, HOT core/pilates, running, and free weights at the gym.
Looking to share diet plans and ways to increase protein other than plain old protein whey (although I am using once daily).
I'm keen to see what others are eating under similar diets and are easy to make as I work shiftwork as a nurse.

I've been on a pretty good logging streak lately and am seeing results, which is motivating when all I want to do is carb rage. Main activities are circuit training and pole fitness/aerial arts in the winter; in the summer I like to do a lot more outdoorsy things (biking, going for runs, hiking, general adventuring), but Canadian winters are brutal and I can't handle the cold!
