I went to the park and walked 2 more miles this afternoon.0 -
Walked 30 minutes to Leslie's Walk It Off In 30 Days...great pace on this dvd. Had trouble with my eating too much today, but my goal with food is to just try to eat healthier. Would love to lose 40 lbs. but this time of life is killing me. Onward and upward.☺0

I think this month, I am going to shoot for 15 miles. I didn't make my January goal, which bummed me out, but I'm going to this month!0

Barely made 100 in January.... too much life got in the way

Off to a great day. Was up very early got a really good workout in I am very happy about that. Did my LS dance remix HIIT and some free weights. 3miles

Woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep. Did 2 miles with LS from her 4Mile Express video I found on YouTube.0

I didn't walk today, but my husband and I went to a concert that lasted several hours. I am counting my dancing as something! LOL0

I will have to look that up, I was thinking of maybe trying her 5 mile tape I have it but never did it. I like short and sweet and burn quick.

Hi Everyone, I am in. Sorry to be coming in so late, been a busy couple of weeks! I started pt and its going well. Hoping no surgery by the time the month is over. I feel stronger every day. My goal will be 125 this month, hoping for more but we will see.
