I went golfing and walked 10.5 miles. I am tired and will take a rest day tomorrow before we golf again Saturday.0 -
I didn't walk today, but my husband and I went to a concert that lasted several hours. I am counting my dancing as something! LOL0

I will have to look that up, I was thinking of maybe trying her 5 mile tape I have it but never did it. I like short and sweet and burn quick.

Hi Everyone, I am in. Sorry to be coming in so late, been a busy couple of weeks! I started pt and its going well. Hoping no surgery by the time the month is over. I feel stronger every day. My goal will be 125 this month, hoping for more but we will see.

Feb. Week 1 - 15.6 miles.
I'm a few miles short. I came down with a case of hives a few days ago and it seems to be cutting into my exercise / moving ability.
Hopefully it clears up so I can get back on track.0 -

What do you teach?
I teach Introduction to Sociology, Sociology of Family and Race & Ethnic Relations. I have three face-to-face classes this semester and 3 online and they are killing me!!! We put so much online now even for face-to-face classes that we spend hours at a computer. Of course, I could be unemployed so I should be grateful!Zichab, any chance you can get your hands on a walking desk?
I woud love that, but I am not thinking it is in the cards! My husband has offered to put my desk on risers though! :laugh:
Spring will be here soon. The one good thing about this job is that it is 15 weeks at a time! Then-WALKING!!!
