Welcome @heathermora11 Congrats on making it through the first trimester! I can't wait.

    Age: 29
    Height: 5'6"
    Pre-pregnancy Weight: 134.5 lbs
    Goal to Gain:25-30 lbs
    Due: August 15, 2016
    Week 4: 134.5
    Week 5: 134.5
    Week 6: 136.5
    Week 7: 135
    Week 9: 137.5
    Week 10: 136.5
    Weel 11: 136

    Total gain - 1.5 lbs

So it seems like its way too early but I'm already feeling incredibly full after every meal and don't have much of an appetite. TMI I actually threw up in my sleep this week :( I already have gastroparesis, a condition where my stomach doesn't empty properly and I think pregnancy is making it worse. Anyways - my weight doesn't seem to be going up much the past few weeks, so that is a nice side effect!

Ate way too many carbs this week, feeling bloated and gross. Going to try and up my veggies/protein and water this week.

Almost out of the first trimester! 3.5 pounds is good... My weight in is tomorrow (I'm 12.3 weeks now) but I think I'll be around +3-4 pounds as well. Same as with my first pregnancy, where I gained 25 pounds.

Thanks @fit_mama30 That makes me feel better! I'm really hoping to keep my weight gain under 30lbs. Yay for being almost done the first trimester! Are you showing yet?

    Awesome work, ladies!

I'm currently 26+3, and have gained just shy of 2kg (4.4lb). I'm loosely following the gestational diabetes eating plan and counting calories to maintain my weight (doc has OKed it, as I am overweight, BMI was closer to the obese end than normal weight).

Really hoping to keep my weight gain to a minimum, so I can actually end up lighter post-birth than before I fell pregnant!

Weight is starting to creep on now, but I really feel like baby is growing fast too (much stronger kicks and my SPD has suddenly set it) so I don't mind too much although a pound in a week is a bit excessive! I have some big deadlines coming up so I have spent a lot of time sitting at my desk (until 3.15 am last night!) and not exercising so much.

Well, if I wear something tight I do look pregnant (or to those who don't know me maybe I don't). But I can hide it by wearing some clothes, cardigan or hoodie for example!

    What about you??

@fit_mama30 I'd say I'm the same, if I wear something form fitting I look pregnant but if I wear loose clothing it isn't obvious.

No haven't had morning sickness at all I've been lucky but I did go off a lot of food and couldn't eat big portions of anything. But I lost 1lb last week and I've no idea why as I haven't been counting and had a good appetite!

@DaniKane are you tracking your calories? I find that really helps. You could also be bloated and retaining water.

I don't think I'll be losing any more now as my appetite has suddenly increased so may be a gain for week 13.

Eliz, I lost until week 13 then started going up, but still haven't gone back to my start point and I am 23 weeks now :) So don't fret about eating more :) Great work so far!

Into the second trimester! I'm so relieved, I'm feeling much better and now I can stop stressing so much because you are actually "supposed" to gain weight in the second trimester. Not feeling great about gaining almost 5lbs already but what can I do.

I'm not sure if I'm going to up my calories from maintenance yet...I seem to be gaining just fine. If I don't gain 1/2 a pound a week I'll start eating more. I also don't weigh all my food so I might be eating a bit more than I think I am.

I'm also debating on if I should add calories or not... I eat between 1700 and 2100 daily (if I exercise) so I think it's enough?! I'll see.

So total this pregnancy I gained about 35lbs (I am 5'7", SW: 130, FW: 165?) I actually don't know my true final weight in but I'm guessing it was 165. I am one week pp and have lost 21lbs already belly almost completely down. Guess it was good I kept in shape the whole time, also really think it helped with my labour, delivery and recovery :)
