    Well guys, it was fun! Wish I could have been a little more active, but working and then an additional 20 hours a week of training is a brutal time sink ;(

    Last week was excellent, nailed it pretty much every day, if anything I ran a little too aggressive of a deficit most days. Good way to close down.

    Happy with the progress though, solid 3.5 or so kg of weight loss over the challenge, right on goal pace. Looking forward to a nice two week "caloric restriction" break. Don't like calling it a diet break, as that implies I'm going to go back to bad eating habits.
