Apparently I forgot to post Monday lol but I did do Friday Fight! Tues & Wed were my days off and I was sick yesterday (throat crap!) I will attempt to do Cardio today even if my max out time is poor I will do what I can! Today starts Week 4!0

Beginning a T25 Alpha, PiYo, Slim in 6 Hybrid cycle, and today was T25 Cardio for me.0

Holy cow, just finished max out power. Unbelievable lol my legs are on fire!! After doing the max out cardio yesterday I was thinking month 2 wouldn't be so bad after all! I was wrong lol. 5 mins in and I maxed out! Hoping tomorrow I can do better.0

Finishing week 3 of CIZE tomorrow. Have lost 4 lbs so far. I took measurements the first day and will the last but I think I am losing more inches than pounds.0

Today and tomorrow are my days off thank goodness! They also happen to be clinical days at school which never end up feeling like days off LOL0 -
Krrbrr, my first day of PiYo was PiYo Sculpt. It felt like yoga meets sculpting. I was sweating but I was never breathing heavily - which you get used to with T25! My body felt great afterwards though. Today, I am doing PiYo Core and from the reviews I have read, I might want to consider hopping on the treadmill to supplement. We'll see!0
