Ok, my goal is 2 miles a day with 3-4 miles on the weekends to make up missed days!
So far, I've been pretty on top of it this month. I did miss my walks 4 days last week due to vacation. Just didn't walk much then.

I thought spring was going to be here - but snow yesterday and snowing again today - 6 inches on my car so I don't think I can make it to work today!
Well it wouldn't be March without a snow storm, however I'm glad I don't have to shovel please no snow for me. Lol0 -
I did 20 mins this am, LS walk and 5 mins on bike and some weight exercises.
Total: 12 miles thus far. I want to try to get some exercise in every day if I can.0 -

wow!!! everyone is doing so amazing! great to see some new faces as well! keep up the good work! I have been keeping at it, trying to get in as much outside walking as I can. Snow is gone here so been doing some hiking with hubby and the pups. My leg is still a bother but I am dealing with it, anything to avoid surgery!

Had a nice workout yesterday but forgot to note it. I did my 40 min walk with LS (3) miles then added some more weight to my free weights felt good after wards.
Total of 18 miles
I feel like l'm working out but it's not reflecting much on the total scale much, lol

For various reasons I have not walked every day this past week, but I am trying to catch up.
As of Mar13 1 had 4.3 miles
Since then 4.7 miles, including 2 this morning to Leslie Walk Away the Pounds (without hand weights, so far).

Walked on the spot with hand weights while I watched curling on the TV. Then went outside and took my dog for a walk. Even accomplished something in my office. Still went to bed feeling very anxious... way too much on my plate ...need to get rid of something!!0 -

Swelling has gone down on try ankle and I'm pretty much walking normally so I might try and see if I can do a 1 mile walk with Leslie tonight or tomorrow.0
