    Ok, my goal is 2 miles a day with 3-4 miles on the weekends to make up missed days! :wink: So far, I've been pretty on top of it this month. I did miss my walks 4 days last week due to vacation. Just didn't walk much then.

    I thought spring was going to be here - but snow yesterday and snowing again today - 6 inches on my car so I don't think I can make it to work today!

    Well it wouldn't be March without a snow storm, however I'm glad I don't have to shovel please no snow for me. Lol

    I did 20 mins this am, LS walk and 5 mins on bike and some weight exercises.

    Total: 12 miles thus far. I want to try to get some exercise in every day if I can.

    Hi walked with Leslie years ago and got into great shape. 10 years later and 40 lbs. heavier, I'm back at. My goal for the remainder of March: 30 miles

    wow!!! everyone is doing so amazing! great to see some new faces as well! keep up the good work! I have been keeping at it, trying to get in as much outside walking as I can. Snow is gone here so been doing some hiking with hubby and the pups. My leg is still a bother but I am dealing with it, anything to avoid surgery!

    Had a nice workout yesterday but forgot to note it. I did my 40 min walk with LS (3) miles then added some more weight to my free weights felt good after wards.

    Total of 18 miles

    I feel like l'm working out but it's not reflecting much on the total scale much, lol
    I'm moving thats what counts.

    Goal March 11-31: 20 miles

    For various reasons I have not walked every day this past week, but I am trying to catch up.

    As of Mar13 1 had 4.3 miles

    Since then 4.7 miles, including 2 this morning to Leslie Walk Away the Pounds (without hand weights, so far).

    Total as of today - 9 miles.
    11 miles to go.

    I didn't write yesterday I worked outside raking oh what a sore back, lol.
    Did some walking, went to the store and walked further in the parking lot. I will give myself a 1 mile for the day.

    Total 19 miles.

    Friday after my workout I sprained my ankle. :( So I'm down. Resting it yesterday and today as much as I can. Figures first week of 5k training and I sprain my ankle.

    A little over 5 miles at the park this afternoon. I am behind on my miles... I am suppose to golf 3 times this week so that will help me out.

    I did my LS walking for 30 mins (2 miles) along with some weight lifting.

    March 22 - 3.6 miles

    Walked on the spot with hand weights while I watched curling on the TV. Then went outside and took my dog for a walk. Even accomplished something in my office. Still went to bed feeling very anxious... way too much on my plate ...need to get rid of something!!

    I am so behind too and Dear Hubby wants to go on a mini vacation... so that means ...sitting in a car !!!

    Swelling has gone down on try ankle and I'm pretty much walking normally so I might try and see if I can do a 1 mile walk with Leslie tonight or tomorrow.
