Just got back from a business trip to China. The last time I was there was in 2012. So many things were easier and better on this trip being a much smaller person. The flights, walking around town, lugging luggage, etc. I made sure to take some duplicate pics from the first trip.

The first pic is August 2015 at about 391 pounds and the second pic is today, May 2016, at 289 pounds! Hundred pounds lost

WOW times 6! Everyone of you look fantastic, have very high weight losses and look very happy. I hope to be able to add my pictures to this thread soon. I am waiting until June 15th as that will be 1 year since I first saw the surgeon when he put me on the 6 months high protein diet before the surgery which was on Jan 26th.
