Keeping it very simple, because frankly if I can do these simple things, I'll be doing great.

    1) weigh less by the end of the month
    2) gym 4x/week
    3) strengthen and improve my legs

Yes I love the KISS program!

    Weigh less end of month.

New yoga dvd at least once a week.

    1) figure out my nutrition
    2) stop beating up on myself mentally when I'm not perfect because that isn't helping
    3) keep doing the little things to keep myself healthy

These are good goals. I should start trying to do that.

Well, last weigh-in, I was down 0.4, which is amazing since my calories-in has been kinda high (wholesome and healthy...but high). I had actually thought i'd be up by more than that. I need to find one of those tools that checks my Garmin or MFP data and shows what my predicted weight change should be, to see how it tracks.

    1. Killing it!
    2. Not so much
