I'm 23 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I've gained 13lbs so far. I was extremely hungry and tired in my first trimester and couldn't control my cravings. But now I'm back to my workouts and watch what I eat. Hopefully I won't gain too much.x0

I've been sooooo hungry for the past 3-4 days it's crazy! I'll be 20 weeks thursday. Am I the only one who's been starving? I'm constantly eating Hopefully it's just a phase.
I'm back to work tomorrow after my mat leave so I will probably eat a little less, since I tend to eat less when I'm at work, doing paperwork, meeting clients, etc.0 -

I've been starving for a while now! I find it is mostly during the day time, I'm also 19 weeks. I have to have like 3 snacks during the day, pre-pregnancy I wasn't a snacker at all.0 -

Up 2 pounds in total - it was 28 pounds at this point in a previous pregnancy so it is definitely working. I find my bike sessions to be key, as I get hungry and feel I have to eat then, but working off about 350 calories a day on the bike, plus other little bits of exercise, helps keep me on track. The weeks I gained was when I was not as consistent with my exercise (too much work...).0 -

Had a massive gain this week, but my boobs also seemed to double in size and my belly got way bigger so I'm thinking maybe it was a growth spurt. By that point I hadn't gained anything. But by 14 weeks, I'd gained 10 lbs. I really want to switch clinics, because my team has been trying to make me feel bad about the ten lb gain, while ignoring thay I'm doing everything as I always have, and it slowed down. Point is, everyone gains differently during pregnancy. Some eat as they always did, exercise, and gain 50 lbs. Some eat nothing but fast food, are on bed rest, and gain only 20. I'm 5 months now, and have gained about 17 lbs total. I've slowed to a pound a week. If you gain more than you're told, don't feel bad. It CAN be lost despite what many will tell you.0
