Couldn't do the challenge yesterday for two reasons. I watched the video a few times and tried to find another guide, but every time I'd do an extension I think I'd point my foot weird and it would pull my calf (I currently have a calf injury). I got up to 40 before I gave up, just couldn't do it without pain. I also had a fluffy weight on my back who would put his claws out if I raised too high for his liking.
(My cats love it when I do exercises on the floor.)0
