    Is anyone else up for a "no sugar" challenge to help shed these few pounds. The Easter candy has been out of control and Im hoping to fast from processed sugar for a month to help nix the craving.

    I'd got down to 131.4 by yesterday but dinner and snacks were full of salt so I've woken up with an extra lb of water weight. Gotta love these Monday weigh ins ;)

    I was 156.6 yesterday but loads of homemade garlic bread for supper last night brought me back up but it was oh, so worth it! :D

    Was back down to 130 on Thursday, then Mom visited and All The Eating Out ensued. Real statement from my mother, on a day where I'd already had 1200 calories: "I know you're watching what you're eating, so let's go somewhere healthy. How about pizza or tacos?"

    I'm cancelling my social life until May 1st.

    I had a little set back this week. I am guessing it is from all the carbs I consumed. I drank 2 cherry Pepsi sodas. I am ok with it. Today I will get back to IF and eating a minimum amount carbs.
