    !!! I've lost so much weight this week! It HAS to be something to do with changing my method of birth control - I've found it easier to stick to my calorie goals but I think some water weight has dropped off too. I've set 127 as my new goal weight for April as I've passed 130 already.

    Still above my starting weight for this month, but my measurements are changing. My waist is starting to shrink, my bust is definitely getting smaller, but my hips and thighs are bigger. I guess my body is still adapting to my lifting routine.

    My boyfriends daughter came to stay with is this weekend. I cheated on my diet so much. Every time she comes I blow it. I am surprised I didn't gain weight.
