    A bit late as been busy.... added more exercise. Swimming 2-3 times a week and getting in 7-10k steps every day. Maybe I'm doing a fat>muscle swap? Feeling a bit deflated!

    Hi, okay I'm probably the only one who only measures instead of weighing but here's my update,
    56 yrs 5'6"
    37" - Starting waist Oct '15
    31" - 1st April
    30 1/4" - 15th April
    Goal - 30" April 29th! On my way despite too many m&m's!!! :#

    !!! I've lost so much weight this week! It HAS to be something to do with changing my method of birth control - I've found it easier to stick to my calorie goals but I think some water weight has dropped off too. I've set 127 as my new goal weight for April as I've passed 130 already.

    Still above my starting weight for this month, but my measurements are changing. My waist is starting to shrink, my bust is definitely getting smaller, but my hips and thighs are bigger. I guess my body is still adapting to my lifting routine.

    A much better week this week. One side effect of eating well, I've lost a couple of inches which resulted in having to take in my wedding dress a bit on Saturday! Ooop!

    My Fitbit scale claims my BFP is going down. I don't know how accurate the whole thing is. But maybe muscle or water retention?

    Y'all, I have been STRUGGLING the last couple of weeks. Every single time I've tried to get to my goal weight in the past, I get stuck at 129 lbs. This time around, I've been pushing through and reading about stalls and plateaus, and just making sure I'm logging everything accurately. FINALLY I dropped a tiny bit--only .4 lbs, but I will take it!

    I don't think I'll make my April goal, but as long as I'm losing I'm happy.
