!!! I've lost so much weight this week! It HAS to be something to do with changing my method of birth control - I've found it easier to stick to my calorie goals but I think some water weight has dropped off too. I've set 127 as my new goal weight for April as I've passed 130 already.

Y'all, I have been STRUGGLING the last couple of weeks. Every single time I've tried to get to my goal weight in the past, I get stuck at 129 lbs. This time around, I've been pushing through and reading about stalls and plateaus, and just making sure I'm logging everything accurately. FINALLY I dropped a tiny bit--only .4 lbs, but I will take it!
I don't think I'll make my April goal, but as long as I'm losing I'm happy.3 -
4/11: 140.8 - water weight. Saturday morning I was 138.2, lol. I had chinese food this past weekend, plus it's the week before my cycle is supposed to appear.
