Hi Guys! We got hit with the stomach bug! So I have been off the wagon a few days. Root canal and stomach bug is the worst. So hopefully, I can log some good progress tonight! Good Job Guys! I was nice to see all these log ins!!0

My Saturday was a lazy day. Sunday I did another piece of the PCT. 7 miles round trip. We pretty much started where we left off last week. We actually got a bit of snow on our hike! So cool.

Today was 5x5. Squats: 110 ohp:75 deadlift: 155. Today was a great workout! I'm starting to feel the effects of being in a deficit with strength progress tho. I'm gonna have to fine tune my macros.

I hope you can figure things out Kandi. I have no advice on the matter as I've never really done any kind of strength training ever.
As a cardio kid... I usually do a 1 pound deficit instead of a 2 pound deficit on days where I know my exercise is catching up to me.
