Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the bike for 45 mins and an episode of Grimm then went to 1st grade and watched 1st graders paste together their version of the Thorax, a Dr. Seuss character. Pretty funny, I must say!!

That was a beautiful trail but my elbow I banged up when I was hit by the car is really killing me. I was up several times last night. Back on the motrin. 800 mg three times a day keeps it at a dull pain. New MYAC rule. No getting hit by cars.0 -
