Lost 2 pounds this week with changing my weigh in to Monday's which made me more accountable
on the weekends. Also trying to really watch the sugar. Still working at that.

I'm registering 204.8 now, so I'm still fluctuating up and down between low of 201 and high of 213, at least this is on the lower side. I will keep going. Still have a month before bloodwork and other medical changes. I would like it sooner, because I think that's my primary issue, but staying the course is critical no matter what seems to be the problem. I know veering off this exercise and dietary course is not the solution.0

Way to go! I admire your Monday weigh ins. I'm so bad about eating on the weekend that I am sure that would help.

Moving along now. It's taken me 4-5 weeks of working out constantly and eating better to finally start seeing some actual progress (notice that I didn't say eating well, just better than before). Now I am just hoping to see the 180s soon!

Lost .04 pounds this week so that makes my weight 186.0 for current weight. Trying to stay off of sugar and being accountable. Still weighing in on Monday's.

@SeeAhtter787 Just thinking here...would it be easier to just have one weekly weigh in and one weekly chat that we used throughout the entire challenge? It would be easier to look back at previous week's progress this way, but there could be negatives that I have not thought of too.

We used to do that when I first started on MFP. However at the beginning of a challenge we would have 60-70+ people all posting and the threads would be 20+ pages and it was impossible to go back and find what someone was talking about. So we started doing weekly threads. It became a lot less intimidating for most of us. Although there are only a few of us on here anymore that we could probably give it a whirl again.

We had a 90th birthday party for my hubby's mom on Sunday and since I changed my weigh ins to
Monday I didn't have enough time to get those extra pounds off. Next week new slate.
Doesn't matter to me if you change things up, just saying. I will still weigh in on Monday's. Keeps me accountable on the weekends, that is where I falter.

Hey all, I've been doing badly lately I started this challenge last month and am at 210.4 to lose the 20 I'd have to be at 190.4. I'll set my goal for 199! I still have two huge months to get it done! You guys who have continued are all doing great! Sorry I've been Mia. I'll try to be more involved!2

Blegh. I'm with you guys; I've got to lock down my eating. I'm back up to 206 this week; up from my challenge start weight of 201. Bad bad bad.

Duh...kept looking for the weekly weigh thread and finally decided to read this one. My scale needed new batteries so it gave me a new "higher" weight.
Start weight: 205.2
Week 1: 204.2
Week 2: 202.8
Week 3: 202
Current : 204.2

That's ok Connie. We decided to keep on this thread instead of posting a new one every week. However if it gets really muddled like they did last year I will go back to a 7 day thread like we have been doing. So far it's doing good.

Lost the .06 that I gained last week. After my choir performance yesterday we all went out for
pizza. My hubby thought he was being kind and brought home ice cream after. He is sweet but
really? Anyway, I did indulge and still got under this week. Now marching on!
