Then a grilled cheese, egg, avocado, pesto and baby greens on 2 slices of high fiber lower carb (20g) for 2 slices bread..grilled w grass fed butter 1 tsp and then to finish 8 raw unsalted almonds.1 -

4 t light cream cheese
sliced green pepper

Second Breakfast: 2 graham cracker squares with a single laughing cow white cheddar wedge split between them.2 -

I haven't eaten the Quest bars. But I definitely like the pure protein bars. Especially the chocolate peanut butter!
