I think I just had a huge WHOOSH moment, is this normal? Not to be TMI, but I think I'm cleaning out my system with Keto pretty quickly. Any other lc's have this experience? I feel great today, day 3.

Yes, the first couple of days I experience the whoosh. Your body is getting ready to change over from burning sugar to burn fat. Yahoo

It's been 3 weeks and now I am turtleing . I lost the first week, now it's slow as molasses. It's frustrating.

Scales are ok to date now and then, but hell to live with.

That's great! I'm glad you're doing well. I had also done other low carb plans but have been LCHF/keto since November and love it! It's so much more satisfying than low carb/low fat and I've had some other great side benefits, too.
I'm also thankful that my primary care dr and my cardiologist have both been supportive.

I lost quickly the first 2 weeks and then things slowed WAY down/bounced up and down a bit for about 4 weeks. I was just getting antsy when the scale started to move again.
