    1/3 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 nectarine and 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup watermelon
    Then a grilled cheese, egg, avocado, pesto and baby greens on 2 slices of high fiber lower carb (20g) for 2 slices bread..grilled w grass fed butter 1 tsp and then to finish 8 raw unsalted almonds.

    I haven't eaten the Quest bars. But I definitely like the pure protein bars. Especially the chocolate peanut butter!

    I have been looking for some different breakfast ideas but it seems everyone is eating pretty much the same thing I have been. I'm getting burned out with oatmeal and yogurt.
