    Mary definitely hit the nail dead-on!! TOM had a negative effect on the weigh in!! >:-/ Not a happy camper here- I've never weighed in during TOM bc until a couple months ago, I was done with the whole mess!! Grrr!! What is really gratifying is that even though I bounced up, it's still under 300!!! ***Happy dance!! Happy dance!!*** The TOM effect will go away in a few days so I'm irritated but not stressing!! Keep going everyone!! We're making progress!!

    I'm not sure if I'm going to make my CGW, but I'll be close!! Honestly, I'll be stoked to just get out of the 290s!! I know a lot of this drop was just water due to TOM. I don't think I've seen these numbers since 1999!!

    The weight is coming off so slow now, it doesn't look like I'm going to hit my challenge goal by the 26th.

    I'll be lucky, and happy to reach 132. My loss is so slow now, but I'm heavy lifting and feel really good about it.

    @Sandera2 - thanks for the kind words. And when we don't have much to lose it is very slow sometimes.

    I started out at 162 lbs 4 years ago. But
    I have only lost about 1 lb each month for the last year. But that is ok. It is a lifestyle now not a diet. I can't hold as much food anymore and that is a good thing. I have learned so much these past 4 years that I am determined to stick with and never go back to my unhealthy eating habits.

    Best of luck to you! You are doing great. You must look great at your height and weight.
