    I'm similar to you! I'm 5'3. Highest weight 140lbs, lowest weight 104lbs, current weight 135lbs goal weight 116lbs.

    I'm really just getting started. I'm about 2 weeks into low carb and have lost 3 pounds so far. I'm not really exercising much yet but a brand new Planet Fitness is opening here in a couple of weeks and I've already signed up, so I'm hoping the newness of it all will help motivate me to go to the gym :)

    Also very similar and also just getting started! Seem my botched attempt at message above for stats lol

    I lift 4 days a week. Want to keep building muscle but also cut about 5-6lbs of fat. Ok...10lbs. Hard to do with the appetite that comes with lifting. I have yet to sort out my macros at a level that I can sustain. Also weekends tend to go off the rails for me.

    I've been working out and eating healthy for a little under 5 years now. I had some depressing times, tried an SSRI that didn't work for me. Not only did it not help mentally but it made me not care about exercising, eating healthy, staying motivated and it robbed me of the little willpower I still had. Now I'm fighting to get back into a mindset that I matter and what I do and say to myself matters. Sorry for the long intro! Obviously I need a twin to help me get back on track!

    I'm 20yrs and a ballet dancer. I'm not really looking to lose weight but to maintain and have a platform to motivate me to eat healthily. Trying to recover from some pretty cliche bad eating habits!

    I've seen this in the forums quite a bit and I thought finding a twin here would be a lot easier seeing as we are all ladies here and we are all considering ourselves to be in roughly the same weight category. Plus I don't know about you but having friends with almost identical goals is pretty motivating for me!! I would love to find some girls on here with goals like mine so we can really help and encourage each other on losing that fat/chub/pudge/jiggle in your wiggle/etc. !!!

    heyya
    im a 21 year old mum to a special little boy born at 23 weeks weighing 450g! From the UK.

    height - 5ft 1in
    Hw - 130lbs
    Cw - 108lbs

    aiming to stay around the same weight but get more toned and fitter now. I used to eat 1200cal a day and never exercise. Upped it to 1670cal a day and aim to exercise every day :)
