Whoo hoo!! I'm out of the 290's (for the moment!) & I'm going to savor it!! I think I have to tighten the buckles on my shoes bc I'm stepping out of them & I'm looking more and more like a deflated balloon but oh well!! I'm totally enjoying NOT being in pain!! Keep going everyone!! We're nearly there!!2 -

Honestly I was really mad & frustrated, but I think a lot of this gain is water. I've been eating a lot of salty stuff, including just salting my food. Too much stress, bad sleep, TOM rapidly approaching. I know I've been retaining water, but I've also made some cruddy food choices (that includes the salty junk foods). I know the bad sleep & stress really mess with my weight. Not giving up.0 -

I think I'm still retaining water. I think it's also some cruddy food choices. I've upped my fat intake & I think it's showing, so I'm knocking that off the list!! You guys did fabulous, so anyone up for another round??1 -
