    Missed posting yesterday because my husband surprised me with a breakfast out before we ran a bunch of errands and bought some flowers and plants for the deck and the front of the house. I managed to get most of it planted, but I still want to get a few more things done before today's rain gets here.

    Added 5 miles Friday and 3 miles yesterday for a May total of 117.75 miles

    May 28: 15.65 of running 5.25 and cycling 5.10 miles and walking 5.25
    May 29: 8.65 miles of walking 4 and cycling 4.65 miles

    Ran 10.7 today but I may not make it to goal for maybe my first time ever since being part of this challenge! :s it's ok though, I still plan to keep moving! I suppose if I get on the bike I would get closer!

    Walked w/DH this morning then hit the gym w/DDD and SIL for 30 mins then got on the recumbent for 57 mins and an episode of Covert Affairs. A good day!

    Well the MFP Giro Challenge is done and dusted. Went to bring out the road bike, front tire flat. Finished the challenge on the good old mountain bike. Now I appreciate owning more than 1 bike.

    05/28 - 16.0 miles cycling (Giro Challenge Stage 20)

    Total: 317 miles

    05/29 - 18.0 miles cycling (Giro Challenge Stage 21 - Giro d'Newberg)

    Total: 335.0 miles

    I think my run on Tuesday broke me. I'm very proud of 5.6 m/9km . . . my longest distance yet!! It left my knees a bit swollen :/. Then on the next afternoon my lower back went into spasm - GP gave me serious muscle relaxants. Talk about spaced out. I've not run again yet. Hoping to do a club run tomorrow night.

    Did a lot of the planting and weeding yesterday, but still found time for a couple of neighborhood walks. Today my hubby and I get to try and replace his garage door opener. And I need to get out in a couple of minutes to water the new flowers, last nights storm was a lot of thunder and lightning, not much rain.

    Added 4.25 miles for a May total of 122 miles
