    Unsweetened Applesauce
    Pure protein bar
    Light Yoplait yogurt
    Dr Pepper (BG was lower than recommended this morning).

    1 shredded wheat biscuit
    2 strawberries
    8 oz milk, including milk in coffee.
    First breakfast since being home. Low carb, and 1 gram fat.

    I haven't eaten the Quest bars. But I definitely like the pure protein bars. Especially the chocolate peanut butter!

    I have been looking for some different breakfast ideas but it seems everyone is eating pretty much the same thing I have been. I'm getting burned out with oatmeal and yogurt.

    LOL. It only works when I am also eating other foods. As as snack that would just be a tease.
