    Loved the pictures Dean. I took some of the gaggle of geese that kept blocking my path on today's walk. I changed directions a few times. There are about a dozen of them and one of me.

    4.3 mile walk - thanks in part to the geese.

    Benched for running. When I fell a month ago I hurt my knees, have continued to run and now they need rest. MRI scan in 3 weeks. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @sufferlandrian - such beautiful images ..... I'm jealous of your landscape!
    .... Those of you who are educators, enjoy your summer break (and stay healthy.)

    Ran (with a little walking) 4 miles with the furries before it heated up, got the house along with the pantry cleaned and then did 16 on the ex bike. Now it's time to do my weights. A GOOD day.

    Rest day today. Love riding in Glacier Park. There are so many places around here with excellent views. I love riding around here. VHuber, I thought you were going to move up here so we could go ride together? :wink:

    Life has a way of changing things. My loss. Our younger son (31) was up there a couple of weeks ago with his girlfriend visiting a buddy who lives in Whitefish. They went hiking and they both now want to move there, so we will see! Now only if the older son (whom has my 3 grandsons) would pull his act together...

    Survived another 5K and .... finally made it under 30 mins!! I've been so close for the last few, but did the Susan G. Komen one this morning and actually got 28:55. And no medical attention required, so another win!

    Adding 3.1 miles today - now a shower, a nap and a production of Riverdance later this afternoon.

    Lots of rain yesterday. Thank goodness for the treadmill. (It's a love/hate thing, but it's great for bad weather days). After the rain I was able to get some gardening done and the last of the algae washed off the wall of the house. It's prettier this morning, but I think the heat is back. :'(

    Added 4.5 miles for a June total of 52 miles.

    Have a Great Weekend Everyone!!

    @kar328 - Congrats on the 5k. You didn't just break your goal of 30, you crushed it. I'm very jealous. I've had that goal for a while but unlike you I haven't done anything to meet it.

    @k80flec - Oh no! Well, take your rest and recover so you can get back at it. Fingers crossed all is well on the next MRI

    @vhuber - a GOOD day is a good thing! Now I hope you can get some much deserved rest.

    @scarfe - good luck tomorrow!

    @sufferlandrian - thanks for the photos. Just gorgeous up there. "Never forget how to fall off a bike." LOL

    My husband is away so I'm on dog walking duty these days. I'm at 27/75. Have a great weekend!
