Hi all! I hope this is a group open to the public and I'm not too late to join. I used to be about 220 lbs and dropped to 153. Since the fall, I've gained 10 of those lbs back. My goal weight is somewhere around 140 (I'm 5'5" ans 28 years old). Here's my stats:

At this point, I'm hoping to lose at an average of around 1/2 a pound per week over the course of my full weight loss journey. Obviously will likely lose the early pounds faster, but want to try to set good expectations so that I don't get too frustrated when my weight loss slows down!

4 lbs and I am psyched. I started on MFP at 250. Baby steps still. I used to want to get up and want to weight 200lbs and get upset over only losing 1 lb lost in a week. I am embracing each pound lost now because they truly are not easy to lose.2 -

I celebrated my 4 ounces this week. Hey a loss is a loss. haha! In the old days, when I got sick I would just lay around and eat crap. Changed my mindset and embrace every ounce lost!! Congratulations on getting it done!!1 -

Down 1.1lbs this week!
Concentrating on water, cutting out sugar and processed foods, and staying active on my days off work. I walk 10-12k steps at work , but that's only 3 days a week.1
