    7/1-Vivofit tracked-1.7 miles=1.7 miles total
    7/2-Vivofit tracked 3.3 miles=5.0 miles total
    7/3-Vivofit tracked-2.3 miles=7.3 miles total
    7/4-Vivofit tracked-2.0 miles=9.3 miles total
    7/5-Vivofit tracked-2.3 miles=7.3 miles total

    July Goals - 130 miles (OH MY last July I had 127 miles!!!)
    - 10 over 10,000 steps
    - Golf more
    - Organize, organize organize!!

    July 1 - 3.3 miles
    July 2 - 3.5 miles
    July 3 - 4.8 miles - 10476 steps
    July 4 - 2.3 miles
    July 5 - 2.3 miles
    July 6 - 3.6 miles

    July will be a VERY challenging month!!
    - 5 birthdays, 1 wedding, 2 anniversaries
    - family coming to camp in my yard for possibly a week!!
    - last lunch with the girls at work

    OH well!!

    I am in, sorry to be coming in so late. I am not doing any Leslie walking this month, my knee is still healing and cutting back has helped a lot. I am in for 120 miles this month, all outside hiking miles.

    It's okay - some days life gets in the way and we don't get as many steps as we would like. We just try harder the next day. Take care
