Hey, guys. Welcome to a new home for GOAD. Thought this structure might work a bit better than the FB group. What do you think?

Great idea!0

I've moved to MFP quite a while ago, but was checking GoaD from time to time. Hope others make the move as well.0

I still like the FB, but will probably participate here also.0

I'll check in here. The facebook one has always seemed a bit too open and "fluffy".

Hi! I'm on MFP daily so this is a good new home0

I'm also a member of MFP (formerly known as mamacin on the WW boards). I think this is a great idea!
And there's an edit feature!! Well for at least an hour anyway.2 -
I've been on MFP since 2013. Never did WW points as my brain can only do calories. The metric system is enough of a challenge for some of the stuff I do in our physiology lab.
Oh, my avatar on WW was my kitties (RCSCHURMAN). This one is from a trail race in 2014.0 -
I am already on MFP for tracking so this is an easy reach. I also do FB, so in the end I will see where the dust settles. I am so tempted to mistype something so I can edit it.0

I thought I'd stop by and check it out. Hello everyone!0

I decided to go full on fitbit. Dropped WW today and I'm going the calorie tracking route.0

Just started WW approximately two months ago. I have had success with WW in the past. I Iike like the points system ETC. GOAD is a great help to the experience. I'm in.0

Hello, everyone. WW Life time member here. Good luck to all.0

Hi every one. Been a member of MFP since 2010 but checked in here daily for years for my daily weigh in and also there were food items here not to be found on WW and I would then convert it to points. Tried keeping up with calories and points but proved to be a bit much time wise. Who knows it's really all about calories anyway. Good to see a lot of folks coming over.1

I have been double tracking since last fall. It is work. But I find it helps. MFP etools are definitely better. I did have to pay the premium fee so I could easily see Cals, SatFat, Sugar and Protein first to make conversion to Smart Points easy.0
