Article: How many steps do we need?
Thought this would be of interest since we have a lot of walkers. A key finding found that 7,000 steps/day helped to prevent falling, which I found interesting for obvious reasons.

Article: Gut Microbiome
How important is your gut microbiome? Does it talk to the rest of your body? A DUKE University study would indicate, yes it does communicate with the rest of the body. Still needs a confirmation study.
