take one ripe avocado and mash in a bowl. Add one 100 calorie pack of edame nuts into the avocado. the nuts give great flavor and crunch without the calories of the corn chip.
Crunchy, salty and satisfying.

Im going to have to try that! I usually use quinoa chips as a healthier alternative to corn chips

A good alternative to chips... thin slices of baked butternut squash! Tastes like sweet potato.

I do a avocado dip with cucumbers or carrots to dip into.

    1 Avocado
1 Cup of low fat greek PLAIN yogurt
1 packet of the Hidden Valley greek dip packets (or regular is fine too)
1 half lime (just the juice)

Mix together and BAM! So yummy on everything! Toast, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, pita chips.
