I think I am participating in the Olympics. I am not sure what I am doing... seems I am going constantly all day, almost in a frenzy... I am going to chalk it up to the fact that I am not spending 14 hours away from home working, I feel I am so far behind in everything that I am going constantly trying to get caught up... Does that make sense? Has to be a reason why I am on my feet and moving all day. I am accomplishing some of the organizing goals I have, but I didn't think I would actually make so many steps doing it.1 -

Keeping up with my busy body little threenager, who was also very helpful in looking after her little brother who is only 6 weeks old.0 -

Goodness ... good thing a friend came and helped out. We moved all the boxes out of mom's house to the garage - getting ready for the garage sale.
If I keep up this pace I will definitely be dead on my feet by the end of the month!!0 -
Glad to see you all keeping up with your miles. I've been doing a horrible job!! My August goal is to be above 85.25. That was last year's total.
I saw someone else post about getting organized. I'm trying to do the same thing. We cleaned our storage unit last weekend and are trying to get our house in order. We've had a couple of offers on the other house, but all have fallen through. It's been a little frustrating. I'm falling into my routine with my job. The bf's sister joined the gym that I go to, and I've been able to meet up with her to get a couple of workouts in. Still working on consistency. I've had a lot of things scheduled for work when she goes, so I've not been able to make every day. I need to work on that.
I'm still struggling with the fitbit staying charged, but I haven't made a decision on getting something new yet.
Such a long post, not going to post the daily #'s. I had 2 days where the dead fitbit made the number really low and I've not hit 5 miles at all.
As of the 13th, my total is 29.68. Some work to do.
I really want to work on consistency through the next couple of weeks.

I think I worked a collective 24 hours just on Thursday and Friday. Yikes. My steps reflect that. Thankfully my husband helped me get some extra sleep
Saturday and today. I hit my step goal yesterday and am about there tonight. At this point I'm giving up the 10k days goal. I just want to hit my miles/steps and daily goals from here on out. My sciatica has come back with a vengeance so rest days will happen when there too much pain.0 -

Aug 14 - 1.1 miles .....438 kms on my butt....drove into Edmonton
Aug 15 - 5.6 miles - 12318 steps (11/10) 438 kms home again....
My friend needed a ride to the city to visit relatives, so off we went... then they all decided we should go to West Edmonton Mall for some shopping. It is a great place to get some steps in as long as you go in the morning. We left by 2 p.m. and it was really crowded.
So home now and back at the mess in my house. Bagging the afghans I brought home from my mom's house, sheets going to the rag bag and to the shed to use for covering my garden when frost shows up this fall... I should be doing some more in her house but have to get my house sort of tidied up...I am the emergency back up sitter - so grandkids coming tomorrow.

Ouch, sciatica problems are painful. I hope it goes away. Take care and rest when you need it so it doesn't bite you later.0 -

It is hard to be consistent, you will get it organized. It is great that you have someone to go to the gym with and that will help you.

Finally got to my desk to organize some papers, pay some bills.... still have garden to take care of. I have yet to figure out how to walk on the spot and shell peas. !!1
