just got back from yearly doctor's appointment...

... and he said I'm bad for his business, LOL!!! He was half joking of course, but he said I was in excellent health and couldn't congratulate me enough on my weight loss and health improvement. He's a big proponent of LCHF lifestyle. We discussed my bradycardia (last EKG had RHR of 34, and my wife was concerned) and said it's not a problem and when looking at all my test results said he was very happy to see a low RHR when there were no problems from it.

LCHF made it possible!

That's fantastic! You're lucky to have a doc that advocated lchf.

I was a bit nervous actually. As he was congratulating me, he asked how I did. I didn't want to throw out "low carb" because that is like a bad trigger for many doctors. So I said that I got rid of all the sugar and bread junk foods. He began talking about how he wished he could get many of his patients onto a "low carb" diet and I thought "Oh thank God, he believes in the benefits of LCHF!" We had a great talk, and when I left I wasn't even mad any more about waiting for an hour passed my appointment time, LOL
