I got kind of lazy this summer and stopped running , and also stopped eating as healthy and as a result I've gained about 7 or 8 lbs. My goal for October is to get back on track through exercise and eating properly and drop those lbs. I gained this summer.0

Hello! I am enjoying these monthly challenges. September went well! I started September at 135 and ended at 131. Today I was 130.8, so we will say 131.
CW: 131
October goal: 125
Ultimate goal: 120.
So I plan to run every day, salads for lunch and no afternoon snacking. And I am planning on giving up wine for October!0 -
So far am staying on track! I have signed up for a martial arts academy and have been going to classes as many days of the week as I can. I also am adding to my goals to walk to school more often when I can, rather than taking the bus on top of keeping up with the organized activity. I'll weigh in in a few more days so it will have been about a week and a half since the last time, we'll see if I'm making any progress so far!!0

Heyyy!!! I'm new to this group. I'm excited for this post because I could really use some accountability in this app. I just did a week cleanse and this week I am getting back on my clean eating habits. I want to lose between 5 and 10 lbs this month. I am the heaviest I've been for the second time in my life and ready to get back to my real self.

The goal weight is a guideline for me, but TBH I'm not as concerned about weight as much as what my body looks like. Muscle weighs more than fat, and I'm working out more nowadays so I'm expecting to see some muscle gain. Also, people wear fat differently so it's really all down to when I can get a more flat belly and be happy with how I look
Hey! I am the same way. I always gain weight before I lose fat and have always had a higher lb weight but don't "look" it. I'm glad you pointed that out1 -
My October goal is to NOT gain any weight due to breaking my foot yesterday. SIGH. I will be monitoring my calories in very, very carefully, to stay at or below my allotment for the day. Without being able to exercise, I expect this to be very challenging!

That's crazy! I fractured my foot about 4 weeks ago!!! I stuck to a meal plan, logged everything, and with no exercise actually lost 2 lbs this week. I think the secret was very low simple carbs and refined sugar. Considering I went on a cheesecake factory cheesecake binge the week prior. LOL1 -

Hello everyone! I had a bad week, I was so busy, I only worked out 2x this week and I eat too much, above my mantaince but at least my weight didnt change too much.

October goal - Hit 140 or lower and stick to 6 workouts of both cardio and strength and 1 yoga/stretch/rest workout each week + celebrate 50 daily workouts (including the yoga) on October 25th!
Update - Definitely under 140 and faster than I thought - going to make sure I take the weight loss as slow as possible so I don't gain it back. Raising my calorie goal and not subtracting workout calories so I don't get to the starving point and binge. Workouts are going well, still excited for the 50x daily milestone in two weeks!3 -

Great job! You're an inspiration to me, I am trying my best. I don't eat my calories back either but still eat at least 1200 a day.1 -
I had made a personal October goal and when I saw this I thought "yes, I'm not alone". My goal is too lose 5lbs by 10/21. I'm already down 2lbs.

Hey! I'd like to join too! I'm trying to be realistic with my goals so as not to be disappointed when I don't hit them lol. I'd like to get to 134 by the end of this month the 31st! I think that's reasonable lol. I'm trying to go to the gym everyday; strength training and moderate cardio. 1400 cals/day. And I just decided I won't weigh myself till the 1st of September! I weighed myself today and I am 136.6lbs.
