    Since I last posted, lost another 17 lbs...that puts the group at 680.3 :)

    And yes, what has happened to Chuck? I can't be too upset. I have met some great friends on here and am very thankful for finding this site thanks to Chuck.

    How's everyone doing? 690.3 lbs lost since we started the thread. Don't let the winter blues get you down. Thinking about you all. Let's keep it up and at least keep up the workouts.
