Someone think of some challenges!!0

Ok...here is my challenge. Every time you drink a glass of water/tea/coffee today, do one of the following:
-5 sit-ups
-5 push ups
-10 squats
-5 burpees
-or some other exercise
Hopefully it won't dissuade you from drinking your water though.1 -
