Thought I would start this while I had a free moment.

I was well below my 1200 calorie goal. I was over my protein allotment by 4 grams. (Elk burger!)
80 ounces water (I wasn't home much today. Boy, does that make a difference!)

Breakfast, 2 eggs. Dinner, 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 cup pub mix (139 calories). Supper 2 pieces fried fish. 52 o'clock water. Walked 17300 steps.1

I had a pity party this morning and I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes in the dentist chair and I cleaned my kids' rooms today. I didn't log my food or water (it would be a pretty ugly list)
Steps is 13,277 so far!
Tomorrow is a new day and I will get back at it!1 -

Leftover meatloaf, potatoes, and peppers about 1 cup total.

I can't finish my log yet as I haven't counted the calls for dinner but I will ASAP in the morning when I'm up for the day. But here's what I ate:
B - yogurt and fruit bowl
Coffee with creamer
L - monte cristo sandwhich and tots
D - southern chicken and rice
136oz of water
I was 500 plus under my calorie goal before dinner and guessing I'll be under when all is said and done.
Also, I adjusted my calorie goal to what it should be in accordance with someone who wants to lose weight and is breast feeding (thanks to my sister in law's Spartan Fitness trainer).1 -
I vote we not vote for a daily winner. We are all winners if we are working on our health. What do you think?2

Yest was a busy work day. Qdoba kids pork bowl with chips and guacamole. Noel of chili for supper. Couple bottles of water. Under my calories for the day but over in the fat dept.0

Look at the blue strip at the top of this page. Click on "food." Enter your food for the day.
Then click on "exercise." The computer will calculate your calories burned. Click on edit note to add specifics like steps. Ok?
