I can read it for free on Kindle so just downloaded it. Will post in a couple of days what I think. No, I'm not a slow reader, lol. Most of today I am gone and part of tomorrow. I should get through enough chapters to have a fair idea (I hope).

I read it on my Kindle Prime library -- it is a bit sciencey but well worth reading. He explains much about how insulin works, and debunks bad science, if I recall. Been about 6 months since I read it. Liked his dry sense of humor that pokes through here and there.1

I just spent a few hours looking through articles on his website. Stimulating stuff - occasional references to Shakespeare, Martin Luther, etc., highlight his points, and the back-and-forth in the comments is always entertaining.
