Pass ....I am so upset I have to pass so early on in this challenge. I Got my letter today saying my position has been abolished! I have worked at a psychiatric hospital as a behavior therapist for the past 25 years and now no more!
Yesterday I couldn't eat! Crying
Today I was mad and ate my emotions.
Tomorrow will be better.
What??! What a shock this must be, not to mention insulting and stressful. I can only hope that this turn of events turns into an opportunity for you that you didn't even know you wanted. We are routing for you!

I did a 2.5 hour hike today at the Niagara Falls gorge. Lots of stairs ascending and descending. I'm sure I burnt off the Halloween candy I had last night!
I tracked my food and stayed in my calorie goal for the day.4 -

My exercise was the elliptical for 20 mins at 430 am and mowing/raking leaves for 90 mins tonight. I tracked absolutely everything and came in 300 under my calorie goal (like that ever happens...) Thought about having a mini candy bar since I have "spare" calories, but I'm still full from my spicy chicken dinner and I don't want to risk a sugar binge. I refilled my water bottle and closed the kitchen for the night instead.3

@jtkatch , I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your job! My training is in psych, too. I used to work in an outpatient children's clinic associated with the psychiatric hospital and they shut it down because of budget cuts as well. Hang in there!1 -
